Christopher Edwards, PharmD, BCPS was elected to serve as Chair of the first even Board of Pharmacy Specialties Council on Emergency Medicine.

 

Nicole Henry, PharmD and Alejandro Vazquez, PharmD have worked with the College of Pharmacy and College of Public Health Partnership to vaccinate 13,035 people so far in Maricopa County through the mobile health unit. In addition, Alba Arana helped to set up the patient appointments.

 

Jason Karnes, PhD, BCPS, FAHA (PI) received the NIH/National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute grant titled “Leveraging the Microbiome, Local Admixture, and Machine Learning to Optimize Anticoagulant Pharmacogenomics in Medically Underserved Patients.”
