• The recipient's name
• Name of the organization/faculty advisor/board member presenting the award
• The Award date
• What the award is for (participation in an event, recognition of excellence in teaching, etc)
• The deadline when you need the certificates by

PharmWeekly is the internal communication for the University of Arizona R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy, published during the academic year weekly on Mondays at 10 a.m. by the Communications Office. If you have a submission, email it to Communications by the Friday prior no later than 2 p.m.
