Honors
The Department of Medicine, Division of Infectious Diseases has a Fellowship training program for Infectious Diseases. There were two recent graduates of the program and the graduates traditionally name a faculty member for the teaching award. Traditionally, the award goes to an Infectious Disease Physician faculty member. This year the award went to two infectious disease pharmacists: Kathryn Matthias, PharmD, BCPS, BCIDP and David Nix, PharmD, BCPS (AQ-ID).
