Vanessa Fisch is a two-time University of Arizona Alumnus where she completed both her Bachelors and Master’s degrees in nutrition.

Prior to her time at the University of Arizona, she was working at Banner University Medical Center Tucson (BUMC-T) as a clinical dietitian focusing primarily on patients in the Surgical Trauma and Burn intensive care units with experience in Neurosurgery, Cardiac, and Medical Intensive Care Units. As well as their progressive step-down units, with experience in medical surgery floors (oncology, ears nose and throat, pre-transplant, GI, diabetes, and cardiac).

Vanessa was involved in not only patient education, but nursing and medical resident education. This is her first semester teaching at the University of Arizona, and she is excited to help educate the future!
