  • Review and approve financial transactions for UA and Foundation accounts.
  • Ensure adherence to purchasing, PCard, and travel policies.
  • Reconcile accounts.
  • Prepare monthly and ad hoc reports.
  • Manage personnel funding including distribution changes, effort reports, and rollover
  • Process accounting transactions: journal entries, requisitions, PCard, disbursements & budget adjustments.
  • Monitor grant budgets and ensure compliance, process and manage subawards, invoice and manage payments on contracts, process backstops, and review final financial concurrence reports.
