Why did you choose to get your PharmD Degree?

I've always been curious about medicine and how it works, and having a close friend go through cancer made that curiosity even more meaningful to me. I love that a PharmD combines science, and compassion while giving me the opportunity to connect with people and give back.

Why did you choose the University of Arizona R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy?

From my first interactions with R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy, I felt welcomed and supported by the faculty. I knew right away it was a community I wanted to join.

What about being a PharmD Ambassador excites YOU the most?

I'm excited to meet the next wave of pharmacy students and help them feel at home at the College of Pharmacy. I remember having so many questions when I was in their shoes, and I'm excited to now be the person who can answer them!

What inspires you most about the many possibilities a career in pharmacy can offer?

One thing that stands out to me about pharmacy is how versatile the field is. There are so many possibilities to explore my interests, grow, and make an impact on patients!

What are your career interests?

My career interests range from hospital pharmacy to the pharmaceutical industry. I'm excited to explore both paths while keeping an open mind to the many opportunities a career in pharmacy has to offer.

What piece of advice you would give to a prospective PharmD student?

Don't forget to have fun along the way! Pharmacy school is challenging, so make time for friends, new experiences, and enjoying the ride.
