Why did you choose to get your PharmD Degree?
I chose to pursue a PharmD because I’m passionate about healthcare and wanted a career combining scientific knowledge with direct patient impact. Pharmacy stood out as a field offering meaningful one-on-one interactions and involvement in medication therapy and public health. I was drawn to its variety of career paths such as clinical, retail, industry, and the chance to be a trusted community resource. Ultimately, I want to help optimize treatment outcomes and improve patients’ quality of life through personalized care and evidence-based medication management.

What are your career interests?
I’m passionate about retail pharmacy, helping patients manage medications, improve adherence, and providing personalized care. Building trust and being a community healthcare resource motivates me every day in this role.
