Why did you choose to get your PharmD Degree?
I pursued a PharmD to merge my passion for understanding how medications affect the body with my desire to help others. I've always been fascinated by human biology and how that knowledge translates into effective treatments. Pharmacy allows me to apply this interest while making a real impact by promoting health, supporting patients, and building meaningful relationships along the way.
Why did you choose the University of Arizona R. Ken Coit College of Pharmacy?
I chose the UA College of Pharmacy for its strong support system, abundant opportunities, and the clear passion and pride shown by its dedicated faculty and students.
What are you most excited about in the versatile WORLD of Pharmacy?
I'm most excited about the career, network, and personal growth pharmacy offers. Each experience brings new connections and opportunities that shape who we become and where our paths may lead.
What are your career interests?
After graduation, I plan to pursue a clinical residency. I'm open to various paths, with interests in acute care, ambulatory care, compounding, and possibly industry as a medical science liaison.
What advice would you give to a prospective PharmD student?
My advice to prospective PharmD students is to keep an open mind and say yes to new opportunities. You never know what you'll enjoy or where an experience might lead you.
