Christopher Hogan

Chris Hogan is the vice president of pharmacy management at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona. He is responsible for formulating clinical pharmacy policy, establishing and maintaining the national pharmacy network and managing relationships with pharmaceutical manufacturers and claims processing vendors. Chris was the vice president of sales for United Drugs and a department director at Phoenix Memorial Hospital. He is a member of the Academy of Managed Care Pharmacy and the Arizona Pharmacy Association, who presented him with the Bowl of Hygeia Award for community service in 2004. Chris received a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy from the University of Arizona, a master’s in business administration from the University of Phoenix and a graduate certificate in nonprofit leadership and management from Arizona State University.
