Brena Andrews

Instructional Designer II

Brena has been at the University of Arizona for over 6 years: as an undergrad student, a grad student, and now as a staff member. She received her Master’s degree in Educational Technology from UA’s College of Applied Science and Technology. While in grad school, she worked for the Center for Digital Humanities as a project manager and instructional designer, managing and collaborating on various digital projects surrounding cultural heritage and technology. After graduating, she worked as an Instructional Designer for the College of Veterinary Medicine before coming to work with the College of Pharmacy and Office of Digital Learning. Outside of work, Brena is former TrackCat, having competed as a sprinter on the Women’s Track and Field team during her undergraduate years. Now retired from track and field, she currently trains as a competitive Olympic-style weightlifting athlete.
