Q: What inspired you to pursue a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences?

A: I was planning on applying to the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy PharmD program after completing all the prerequisites through Pima Community College. When it was time to apply however, I felt under prepared. This was at the same time that the BSPS program started. The program was exactly what I needed to better prepare for my future.

Q:What are your plans for after graduation?

A: I am attending the UArizona College of Pharmacy to obtain a Pharm D. 

Q: You are part of the first-ever BSPS class to graduate from the College of Pharmacy. How does it make you feel to know that you are a part of the college’s history?

A: I am proud to be part of the first BSPS class!

Q: What was your favorite memory from school?

A: I am most thankful for the relationships I have gained with the professors and my peers. With only 16 students in the graduating class, I have become extremely close with each of them.

Q: Do you have any words of advice for students who may be thinking about getting a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences?

A: Do it, don’t wait!
