Natasha Mattos is the Student Director of the Campus Pantry and a Nutritional Science student with an emphasis on Dietetics and a minor in Sports Nutrition. Before college, she competed in CrossFit for four years, which sparked her interest in the field and led her to change her major. Even before applying to nutrition, she explored the area by assisting a dietitian consulting athletes in a multi-sport facility and then gained more experience in clinical and private practice settings. She is also passionate about community projects. From 2016 to 2021, she worked as the volunteer coordinator at a significant project in her city that involved building emergency housing and improving local infrastructure.

Moving to the US in 2021, with no knowledge about the area, the resources, transportation available, and limited finances, Natasha found support through the Campus Pantry, where she started as a user, turned into a volunteer, and now serves as Student Director. At the Pantry she combines her passions for nutrition and community work, she enjoys sharing healthy, quick, and easy meals on Campus Pantry's social media. Her goal is to empower the Wildcat community to make healthier choices, even with limited resources.
