Akiko Ota received her Bachelor of Human Science in Social Psychology from Toyo Eiwa Women’s University in Kanagawa in Japan in 1999, and her Master of Public and Nonprofit Administration from the University of Arizona in 2013.
She is currently working on her Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education at the University of Arizona: her research focus is Higher Education Finance and Management. Her area of responsibilities include overall office management, financial management, marketing and recruitment, staff hiring/training/evaluation, scholar advising, research instructional support (statistics and data management) for scholars.
