Amy Kennedy, PharmD, BCACP Elected to Position with APhA-APPM

The College of Pharmacy is pleased to announce that Amy Kennedy, PharmD, BCACP has been elected as a Member-at-Large in the APhA Academy of Pharmacy Practice and Management (APhA-APPM).

APhA-APPM is dedicated to assisting members in enhancing the profession of pharmacy, improving medication use, and advancing patient care. As a Member-at-Large, Dr. Kennedy will serve a two-year term (2021-2023), in which she will chair Academy meetings, carry out major projects and initiatives, and act as a delegate to the APhA House of Delegates.

Members-at-Large exemplify leadership qualities and possess a deep understanding of issues that affect the larger pharmacy profession. Dr. Kennedy said of her election, “I am honored to have been chosen for this position. APhA-APPM’s work is of great importance to the pharmacy profession, and I am excited to be a part of it.”
