  • Talkspace – though this therapy app can be a bit expensive, its Instagram account offers great resources for handing anxiety, practicing self-care, and more.
  • UA Campus Health – currently offering individual nutrition & fitness consultations via video conference.
  • UA Campus Rec – offering free group fitness classes both via Zoom & in person (located at the pool deck, Sitton Field, & Honors Village outdoor classroom) beginning August 24th
  • Underbelly Yoga – offering a free, beginner-friendly 14-day trial designed to offer peace to the mind and body.
