Dr. Kristen Ellis is a clinical instructor with the International Program at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy and a clinical pharmacist in infectious disease and HIV/AIDS at the University of Arizona Petersen Clinics. Her practice includes providing comprehensive treatment adherence and medication management services for individuals living with HIV. She also leads the TeamRx (T-Rex) medication education group for clinic patients and community members.

Dr. Ellis received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Arizona in 2013. She then went on to complete a PGY1 pharmacy residency at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy/Banner – University Medical Center Tucson. After her residency training, Dr. Ellis worked as a clinical pharmacist at Banner – University Medical Center South, and then joined the University of Arizona in September 2015. Her professional interests include HIV/AIDS, medication adherence, internal medicine, geriatrics, and international and interprofessional education.
