Dr. Bingham is a sought-after presenter, speaker, educator, and author on telehealth. She has published more than 40 peer-reviewed articles and presented her research at national and international venues.

Dr. Bingham is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist and has a doctorate degree in pharmacy from the University of Arizona with additional training in psychiatric pharmacy. More recently, she has led multidisciplinary teams investigating the impact of telehealth programs, where she developed clinical protocols and patient-facing materials designed to improve medication safety. Dr. Bingham is the team’s client liaison and directs research, including data acquisition; research collaboration; medical writing; and dissemination strategy. Dr. Bingham has also led grant funded multidisciplinary teams, in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), UCB Inc., and the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA), on the development and implementation of telehealth protocols for rural populations.

As a clinician and educator, Dr. Bingham has applied her knowledge of national consensus guidelines and value-based care to drive the profession forward and develop innovative multidisciplinary practice models. These programs have expanded access to care for vulnerable populations, improved medication safety and adherence, demonstrated a positive return-on investment, and have been recognized with awards from local and national organizations.

Dr. Bingham's dedication led to her recognition as the Next-Generation Pharmacist Technology Innovator of the Year by Pharmacy Times for her work on advancing patient care standards and business profitability using digital health.
