Jenny Bingham, PharmD, BCACP is the Director of Ambulatory Care Residency Programs & Research at Tabula Rasa HealthCare (TRHC) and a clinical instructor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science at the University of Arizona. She graduated from the University of Arizona and is a board-certified ambulatory care pharmacist. Dr. Bingham is also certified in psychiatric pharmacy. In her current role, she serves as president of the TRHC Research Strategy Committee, Residency Program Director of the University of Arizona/SinfoniaRx Medication Management PGY2 Ambulatory Care Pharmacy Residency Program, and Chair of the TRHC Innovations in Adherence Steering Committee.

Throughout her career, Dr. Bingham has supported innovative program development in a variety of settings, including chronic care management, transitions of care, epilepsy, and neuropsychiatric pharmacy. Her passion is advancing the role pharmacists in the telehealth setting. She advocates for telepharmacy as a subject matter expert in the American Epilepsy Society’s Telehealth Task Force Working Group, American Pharmacists Association’s Telehealth Advisory Committee, and the Pharmacy Quality Alliance’s Antidepressant Medication Management Technical Expert Panel.

Dr. Bingham has published over 20 peer-reviewed articles and abstracts, and held numerous leadership roles in professional organizations. These include serving as Chair of the American Pharmacists Association’s Telehealth Special Interest Group; Chair of the Arizona Pharmacy Association’s Mentor Connection Program; and Pharmacogenomic Program Coordinator, as well as Transition of Care & Telehealth Coordinator at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Medication Management Center.

Dr. Bingham is the humble recipient of the 2017 Arizona Pharmacy Association’s Exemplary Patient Care Award, 2018 nominee for the American Pharmacists Association Foundation Career Achievement Pinnacle Award, honorable recipient of the 2019 Pharmacy Times Next-Generation Pharmacist® Technology Innovator of the Year Award, and 2020 nominee for the University of Arizona Outstanding Mentor of Graduate & Professional Students Award.
