Eva's passion for higher education began 25 years ago as a federal work-study student employee at The University of Arizona in the Office of Scholarships and Financial Aid (OSFA). Her other roles at UA include Financial Aid Specialist, Administrative Assistant in the Office of Study Abroad & Student Exchange and Financial Aid Counselor, Sr. 

She worked for Pima Community College (PCC) from 2009-2017 as a Student Services Coordinator and gained extensive experience working with loan reconciliation and the Federal Direct Loan program until 2013. She supervised the Financial Aid department at PCC’s East, Desert Vista, and Community campus while also overseeing the Alternative Loan program through 2017 while at PCC Northwest Campus.

In December 2017, she returned to the UA as the Coordinator of Academic Services for the College of Pharmacy. Her duties include implementing PharmCAS - the college's new student applicant tracking system, overseeing the application and PharmD admissions interview process, maintaining the student database, and providing training and technical support for staff. Eva also oversees the scholarship process on Scholarship Universe, and is the scholarship and financial aid liaison for the PharmD program.
