For 20 years we have offered our in-person training program in Tucson for professionals whose job responsibilities include the application or interpretation of pharmacoeconomic information. The curriculum is for individuals with entry to intermediate knowledge level. To accommodate COVID-19 restrictions our program has been retooled for virtual participation and offered in two parts. Part 1 focuses on principles and methods then takes participants into application along with more in-depth concepts. Part 2 builds upon the earlier foundation taking the learner to additional advanced applications, more “real world” application, and commences with the design, delivery, and message sharing of pharmacoeconomic studies.
"Overall a great course for anyone new to the Health Economics world!"
"I have been wanting to take this class for the last 3-4 years but taking a full week out to go to AZ is tough, so I jumped on the chance to take it virtually...a better fit for many folks like myself to get the 'basics' down. THANK YOU!"
"Thank you for organizing this very valuable course. I would certainly recommend it to other professionals in the field."
"Surprisingly the virtual session did allow for a lot of interaction. I am interested in additional training offerings."
"The overall program was excellent, especially for my organization. I believe implementation of these concepts will eventually bridge PE communication gap between MCOs and industry."
