Diversity – Equity – Inclusion Statement
At the University of Arizona (UArizona) College of Pharmacy, we strive to create and foster an environment where individual differences are acknowledged, respected, and valued. The UArizona College of Pharmacy is committed to inclusion as a continuous effort to promote and maintain a sense of belonging and respect for all people. We promote principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) on our campuses as well as with the communities we serve. We affirm our DEI efforts through education, practice, research, and service to advance health equity in our communities. Instead of seeing differences as a cause for divisions, we see them as sources of strength and innovation.
Our UArizona College of Pharmacy PharmCat Family:
- Sees You
- Embraces You
- Supports You
We encourage our students, faculty, staff, valued partners, friends, and stakeholders to acknowledge and act on DEI principles.
