This picture shows the stud bolted in, although you need to put the fork on before bolting it on (see below). GM actually calls this a Nut (GM 1252-3313). Some who purchased a McLeod Clutch had to shorten the stud by trimming about 0.05 inch from the bottom of the stud to solve engagement problems, but with the new McLeod clutch master cylinder that is not necessary. |
