Ritesh Sanghvi, PhD

I am currently working as a Research Scientist in the preformulation department of Forest Research Institute. My work involves a wide variety of responsibilities including physicochemical profiling and characterization of pharmaceutically active leads; final form selection including screening for salts, polymorphs and co-crystals; develop formulations for early and late phase product development; support formulation and process scale-up activities. Forest Research Institute provides a good opportunity for pursuing independent research in-parallel to the company projects through their new technology platform program. I am utilizing this opportunity to study the factors that influence the solubility of drugs in lipid solvents.
