Academic & Professional Updates
My MS research involved medication safety studies focusing primarily on the prevalence and prevention of drug-drug interactions in ambulatory health care settings. My PhD research focused on survey instruments design and validation. My dissertation research “Development and Testing of the Workplace Climate Questionnaire” involved the development of a self-completed questionnaire that can be used to routinely assess work-related stress. It also examined the psychometric properties of the questionnaire using a sample of the target population. I currently work with the Center for Disaster and Humanitarian Assistance Medicine on issues pertaining to the supply of pharmaceuticals and medical equipments in conflict and disaster areas.
