The Parts of the Application

The College of Pharmacy application includes:

 

Applicants should send a check or money order payable to College of Pharmacy, The University of Arizona. Please write your application confirmation number on the check or money order and send the application fee and transcripts to:

Tucson, AZ 85721-0202

Applicants complete a University of Arizona Graduate Application as part of the PharmD application and pay the Graduate application fee only if the applicant is admitted to the College of Pharmacy.

For admission to the Graduate School the student must have 72 units of college coursework completed by June 1 of the admission year.
