Cost of Study
Registration fees for College of Pharmacy graduate students enrolled for Fall 2007/Spring 2008 are approximately $2,884 per semester (if 7 or more units of study are taken).
Non-resident tuition depends on the number of credits taken. Twelve or more credits cost $5403.00 per semester for out-of-state and foreign students.

Graduate Assistantship Financial Support
Graduate assistantships are available to PhD students. There is limited funding for master's degree students.
Current assistantship funding
Grad Assist 1 = $20,250 First-year students
Grad Assist II = $21,444 Second-year student without prior master's degree
Grad Assoc I = $22,017 Second-year student with prior master's degree
Grad Assoc II = $22,488 After student passes comprehensive exams
Tuition is waived for students who are employed by The University of Arizona as research or teaching assistants. Graduate assistants will receive 90% remission of in-state registration fees paid. Registration waivers may be obtained from the College of Pharmacy Graduate Program office to cover the remaining 10% of registration fees, but are awarded based on availability of funds.
The College of Pharmacy requires that students who are on graduate assistantships must enroll for 12 units fall and spring semesters, and 1 unit during summer I and summer II sessions.
Health Insurance
Individual health insurance coverage is included as a benefit to graduate assistants. Students must enroll for health insurance every semester through Student Link, in order to take advantage of this benefit.

Travel Grants
Travel grants are available through the UA Graduate and Professional Student Council. The deadlines for submission of applications are August 1, October 1, December 1, February 1, April 1, and June 1.
