Master of Science in Clinical Research

The growth in the biotechnological and pharmaceutical sectors has created a demand for well-trained scientists who provide technical expertise that evaluates medication therapy in the context of its benefits, risks, and costs.

The major objective of the graduate track in Clinical Research is to train students to become scientists with broad expertise in the foundational disciplines as well as specific knowledge and skills in one or more focused areas.

The average time to graduation is less than three years. Many MS graduates pursue academic or pharmaceutical industry or managed care careers, which involve activities such as working at the project development, design, and management level, assisting in product development and marketing.
