COP to continue its old time reporting systems
Until everyone is sure UAccess is working properly, the College of Pharmacy will continue to use its “old” time reporting systems in addition to the new system for an indefinite period after UAccess goes live Sept. 28. Therefore...
• If you fill out a paper time card now, you will continue doing that as well as input your time into UAccess until further notice.
• If you use a paper or online “blue sheet” to report your time off now, you will continue doing that as well as input your time off into UAccess until further notice.
• If you approve other employees’ time cards or time-off requests, you will need to continue doing that through the old COP system as well as through UAccess until further notice.
COP will run its old time reporting system in parallel with UAccess for a time while everyone is getting used to the new system. However, hours reported through the old COP systems will not count toward your paycheck; beginning Sept. 28, only the hours reported through UAccess will affect your pay.
To help employees remember to complete and approve time cards through UAccess, the College of Pharmacy business office will send e-mail reminders to all COP employees each pay period.
