UA College of Pharmacy Team Placed as Finalist in Clinical Research Challenge

The College of Pharmacy placed as a finalist in the 2018 American College of Clinical Pharmacy (ACCP) Clinical Research Challenge. Each team was tasked with developing a research proposal designed to demonstrate the value of a clinical pharmacist providing antimicrobial stewardship services in a small rural critical access hospital environment. Competition in the challenge was intense and began in February with eighty teams vying for a spot in round two. Teams achieving the top forty scores after the first round submitted a letter of intent. Teams achieving the top twenty scores after round two were invited to compete in the final round: Research Protocol Development.

Congratulations to the UA College of Pharmacy Team!
