We offer screenings for a variety of health problems. Come see how well your disease is controlled or if you are at risk for developing these diseases. Get advice on what you can do to improve your health, all free of charge!

Diabetes is the disease of having very high blood sugar. Long-term effects can include heart disease, kidney failure, and blindness. See if you are at risk and what steps you can take to control your blood sugar.

High Cholesterol can put you at risk for many diseases, including heart attack and stroke.  Get your cholesterol screened and see what you can do for better cholesterol.

High Blood Pressure, or hypertension, can put you at risk for heart attack, stroke, and kidney failure. Come see if you have high blood pressure, and what you can do to lower it.

Asthma is a disease of the lungs that causes airways to close when you’re exposed to triggers such as allergens or irritants, making it difficult to breathe. See if you’re at risk of developing asthma and what you can do to breathe easier.

Glaucoma is an eye disorder where the nerves are damaged. It is usually associated with a build-up of fluid behind the eye. This can lead to blindness. Come see if you have signs of glaucoma and what you can do to take control.
