Arizona Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (AzHIMSS) Graduate Fellowship

Fellowship money is provided by contributions from the Arizona Chapter of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) to provide funds to a full-time PhD graduate student who is enrolled in the College of Pharmacy at the University of Arizona. The recipient should have demonstrated an interest in information technology or medical informatics through a past or current information technology project. The AzHIMSS fellowship provides financial assistance to exceptional graduate students as identified by the Research Affairs Committee.

  • 2013-2014: Amanda Harrington, Pharmaceutical Economics, Policy & Outcomes, $1,000
  • 2012-2013: Jill Augustine, Pharmaceutical Economics, Policy & Outcomes, $1,000
  • 2011-2012: Derek Tang, Pharmaceutical Economics, Policy & Outcomes, $1,000
  • 2010-2011: Alex Mutebi, Pharmaceutical Economics, Policy & Outcomes, $1,000
