Members of the President's Club will go behind the scenes at the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center during an exclusive tour for members of The President’s Club.

The Center responds to nearly 65,000 inquiries each year about how to treat exposures to venom, poison and drugs, and it continues to conduct research on antivenom for snake and spider bites—and scorpion stings. In fact, the Center was instrumental in getting the first scorpion antivenom approved by the FDA earlier this year.

Learn more about how the Center and its specially-trained pharmacists save money and lives every day—and how they contribute to local and national pandemic preparedness and toxic surveillance. In addition, you’ll have a chance to meet some venomous creatures, including scorpions, Gila monsters and rattlesnakes!
