The Medication Management Center

The Medication Management Center helps millions of patients across the United States make smarter and safer use of their drugs through personal counseling from medication experts. We are national pioneers using innovative practices to deliver top-quality medication therapy management (MTM) services.

The Medication Management Center (MMC) was established at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy in Tucson in 2006.  Our call center boasts board-certified pharmacists, pharmacy residents, student pharmacists, certified pharmacy technicians in addition to a team of nurses and nursing students working together as an expert team in complex and chronic disease state management. We advise patients and their physicians on ways to achieve the best outcomes from drug therapy.

The award winning medication management program announced its spin off as SinfoníaRx, a Tabula Rasa HealthCare Company (NASDAQ:TRHC), in November 2013.  The medication management software and business model, developed by the faculty and staff at the University of Arizona College of Pharmacy Medication Management Center, continues today to deliver health care services to millions of patients nationwide.  Through the ongoing partnership between SinfoníaRx and the Medication Management Center, the MMC continues to improve patients' health one life at a time, to implement the highest quality clinical training program for future healthcare providers, and to do what is in the best interest in the patients we serve.
