    Irene Ogata, Tucson Water Landscape Architect, is the City's Urban Landscape Manager and works with a number of departments in the city, as well as with the community, neighborhood associations, and non-profits
     
    Tom Arnold, Lead Management Analyst in the Director's Office, has played a significant role in the development of the City's Drought Preparedness and Drought Plan and is currently involved with energy management, including solar energy and conservation
