Do you want to be a scientist? This summer camp for 6-8th graders allows students to engage in a variety of activities that make real world connections to toxicology and the environment.
Participants will take on the role of "Toxic Detectives" in order to:
- Explore the effects and detection of toxins
- Learn about local environmental health topics
- Meet with University of Arizona students and faculty
- Tour biomedical laboratories and the UA Library
- Create a posert to shore with the community
