Students are allowed to ask professors/staff/members outside the COP to make a donation on behalf of their class, so start recruiting! You will need to sign your recruitees up on the form and indicate which year they are supporting.

Phi Lambda Sigma’s (PLS) Spring Leadership Conference is an interactive learning experience aimed to help foster and develop students’ individual leadership skills. This year, Dr. Lucinda Maine, Executive VP and CEO of the American Association of Colleges of Pharmacy is the special guest who will be helping guide discussion and facilitate small-group activities geared towards learning more about strength-based leadership. Furthermore, attendees will receive a copy of the book titled, “Strengths Based Leadership; Great Leaders, Teams, and Why People Follow“ with StrengthFinder 2.0, an online assessment users should take before the conference to reveal their top leadership strengths. So come join friends, peers, and esteemed guests for an inspirational evening worth the while. Refreshments will be served.
Note that there is an $8 fee to attend the conference. This is to cover the cost of a copy of the book. PLS representatives will be in the student lounge from 12-1p from 3/30-4/3 signing students up, taking payment, and distributing their copy of Strengths Based Leadership with StrengthsFinder 2.0 to allow attendees time to take the StrengthFinder 2.0 assessment before the Conference.
