Establishing a scholarship

As the donor, you decide the basic terms of the scholarship, such as award level, student eligibility requirements, merit or financial need. There are several ways you may establish a scholarship at the College of Pharmacy

  • A One-time Scholarship is a gift of a specific amount given by a donor for a specific purpose for a specified period of time.
  • A Continuing Scholarship involves an agreement with the donor to provide an annual scholarship to the college for no less than five years.
  • An Endowed Scholarship is established with a gift of $25,000 or more. The principal is invested in pooled funds at the UA Foundation and the annual payout is used to fund scholarships.
