This award, up to $5,000, is intended to encourage a graduate student who is pursuing a doctorate in pharmaceutical sciences to conduct research or receive research training in a country in which English is not the primary language. The vision of donors Ivo Abraham and Karen MacDonald is to give students the opportunity to widen their horizons and push themselves beyond their comfort zones, experiences that are essential to conducting research that will change the world.
